Dear Otto Family member,

The last few months have been very difficult for all of us in the private hire industry. We’ve taken this moment to reflect on how we can better our service to PCO drivers. We’ve been listening to your feedback and have made an important change to simplify Congestion Charge payments.

Going forward, Congestion Charge payments will be processed just once a week every Friday (rather than daily). These will include any journeys into the Congestion Zone and fees (45p) from the previous week.

We’ll simply total up the daily Congestion Charges and fees into one simple weekly payment.
