Christmas & New Year opening hours at Otto Car
The festive season is here, and at Otto Car, we’re committed to supporting you throughout the holidays.
Below are our contactable hours over the Christmas and New Year period.
Early closures
All hubs and phone lines will be available until 3:00pm on the following dates:
- Wednesday 24 December (Christmas Eve)
- Monday 29 December
- Tuesday 30 December
- Wednesday 31 December (New Year’s Eve)
Full closures
We will be closed on the following public holidays:
- Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day)
- Friday 26 December (Boxing Day)
- Thursday 1 January (New Year’s Day)
Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) Licensing
Please note, our PHV licensing services will be closed between 24 December and 5 January.
Normal business hours
Our usual business hours (9:30am – 5:00pm) apply on all other weekdays.
Please note that during this period there will be a reduced number of staff available across all hubs, including enquiries, servicing, credit control, Sussex Place, and Colindale.
Support outside opening hours
Whether you’re a new or existing driver, you’re an important part of our community and we’re always here to support you. While we’ll be closed for a few days, you can still take care of a few things through the Otto Car - Driver Portal.
