The £99 reservation fee secures your chosen car exclusively for 48 hours, so no one else can reserve it while you complete your order.
By reserving online, you lock in the car’s plan, mileage, condition, and price, giving you time to finish the process without any changes or pressure. The rest of your order can then be completed quickly and smoothly.
This reservation option is available online only.
The plan includes 400 miles per week. This is a fixed weekly mileage cap.
If you exceed 400 miles in any week, excess mileage will be charged at the applicable per-mile rate.
If you consistently exceed the mileage cap, our team may recommend switching you to one of our plans with a mileage allowance of 1,000 miles per week, which may work out more cost-effective.

Normally we can accept up to 6 points on your licence, however, certain convictions such as IN10’s cannot be accepted onto our scheme.
We recommend that private hire drivers call us before visiting if they have any major convictions.
Premium PCO cars – Tesla Model Y, 3, VW ID.BUZZ , Hyundai Ioniq and Kia EV6 – require maximum 3 points.
Only you are allowed to drive the private hire car under the contract. Under no circumstances can anybody else drive your PCO car.
The initial PCO Car Hire plan contract is a fixed 8 week contract.
4 weeks. After that, you can return the car at any point with one week’s notice.
Mileage Cap 48,000 miles/year = 1000 miles/week + up to 8 weeks Holiday.
Excess mileage costs £0.20p per mile that you’ve gone above the cap each week.
Yes. The £99 reservation fee is not an extra cost - it is deducted from your overall down payment.
For example, if your standard down payment is £250 and you’ve already paid the £99 reservation fee online, you’ll only need to pay the remaining £151 when you sign your contract.
If your hours have reduced and you are consistently under 400 miles per week, you may be eligible to move to our Part-time PCO Car Hire plan (subject to qualification and approval).
