FAQs
Rent 2 Buy + Burst
To help Uber Partners get access to – and ultimately own – cheaper EVs, we’ve created a new plan.
Unlike our popular Rent 2 Buy + plan, which spreads the EV Assistance over the full length of the contract, Rent 2 Buy + Burst allows you to use all of it within the first 15 months. This means you’ll be paying significantly less per week for the first 15 months.
Yes, you’ll be sent a reminder 3 months and 1 month before your weekly rent is set to rise.
You’ll revert back to the original weekly price for the remainder of the contract. This will be shown to you before signing up.
You’ll pay exactly the same overall. The only difference being you have a cheaper weekly price to start with and a higher weekly price towards the end of the contract.
Your weekly rent will increase (you’ll be informed of all pricing before signing a contract). At this point you’ll be well on the road to car ownership however should you wish to upgrade your PCO car, this can be discussed with the Otto Team.
Absolutely, you get exactly the same benefits as our most popular ownership plan, including PCO insurance, servicing, MOT, breakdown cover and the PHV licence.
