The whole process is super simple. Simply send them your unique promo code, and all they have to do is mention this when signing up at our hub
Referral Scheme FAQ
Select drivers will receive an email with a unique promocode (+ an SMS to remind you). Simply share this promocode - either by forwarding the email, writing it down, or verbally - with a PCO driver friend, and when they visit one of our hubs, they must state the promocode to a member of the Otto Team when ordering a PCO car. Then, the Otto Team will verify the code and approve it there and then with the driver.
Your friend must be signing up to our Rent to Buy plan in London. This is applicable to any PCO car in our range.

Only recently signed drivers will receive a promo code to share. We plan to open this up to all of our family of PCO drivers in the near future.
Your friend must also be a new driver to Otto Car, having never taken a PCO car from us before. They also have to meet the standard eligibility of our ownership plans.
If the referred driver cancels the contract at any point before the 4th car payment has been made, neither referrer or referred will receive the £100 gift. After 4 car payments have been made, the Otto Team will check the referred driver's account. As long as their account is not in debt and payments have been made on time, the team will reach out to confirm bank details and send £100 directly to both you as the referrer and the referred.
You may share it as much as you like but your unique promo code can only be redeemed four times between Friday 14th Nov 2024 and Tue 9th May.

No, if you've received a promo code you can share this with a PCO driver. It doesn't matter where you personally are with Otto Car on PCO Car Hire or Rent to Buy.
