Meet our new Ilford Hub Manager Ijaz

Say hello to Ijaz, the new Ilford Hub Manager at Otto Car.

We recently caught up with him as he shares his new experience with the private hire community in Redbridge.

Please tell us more about yourself.

I joined Otto Car in August 2022. I was a Sales Manager in the motor trading industry before. My story is pretty straightforward. I heard about Otto online, I did my research about the company, I applied for the job, and then here I am!

How are you settling in?

It’s almost my fourth month here. I’m happy to say that I’m settling well in my new role. And I look forward to meeting more new drivers and supporting the community in this position. I’m sure I’ll be able to share more insights with you all after.

Yes I do. I have a career with cars, and I have always had a passion for cars.

How are you finding the Ilford Hub?

It’s an interesting hub. I’ve been busy for my first few months here, and I really enjoy it.

Our drivers are lovely, our team here is great, I can’t wait to help PCO drivers be the best they can be in the job in Redbridge.

The Ilford hub is welcoming, and what we do to our drivers is helpful and passionate. Whether you have any questions or concerns about the private hire business, or you would like to know when you’ll have your Uber car, you’re more than welcome to come to our hub.
